Indications
Paracetamol Tablets is used for fever caused by common cold or influenza. It is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.
Adverse reactions
Occasionally, skin rash, urticaria, drug fever and neutropenia are seen. Long-term large-scale medication can cause abnormal liver and kidney function.
Taboo
Severe liver and kidney dysfunction is contraindicated.
Precautions
1. This product is a symptomatic treatment. It is used for antipyretics for no more than 3 days, and for pain relief for no more than 5 days. If the symptoms are not relieved, please consult a physician or pharmacist.
2. People who are allergic to aspirin should use it with caution.
3. Can not take other medicines containing antipyretic analgesics at the same time (such as some compound anti-cold medicines).
4. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
5. Pregnant and lactating women use it with caution.
6. Do not drink alcohol or beverages containing alcohol while taking this product.
7. Those who are allergic to this product should not use it with caution.
8. It is forbidden to use this product when its properties change.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women
1. This product can pass through the placenta, so the possible adverse effects on the fetus should be considered after pregnant women use this product.
2. Although breastfeeding women can reach a certain concentration in the milk after using this product, the product or the metabolites of this product have not been excreted in the urine of nursing babies. It is not recommended to use the drug for pregnant women and breastfeeding women.
Children's medication
Children under 3 years of age should avoid using it due to underdevelopment of liver and kidney function.
Elderly medication
The half-life of this product is prolonged due to the deterioration of liver and kidney function in elderly patients, which is prone to adverse reactions. It should be used with caution or appropriately reduced.
Medicine Interactions
1. Patients who use barbiturates (such as phenobarbital) or antispasmodics (such as belladonna), long-term use of this product can cause liver damage.
2. Taking this product together with chloramphenicol can enhance the toxicity of the latter.
3. If it is used with other drugs at the same time, drug interaction may occur. Please consult your physician or pharmacist for details.
Overdose
1. If overdose is taken, it may seriously affect the liver and risk liver failure. Symptoms may not appear until 3 days later. If overdose is taken, give N-acetyl half intravenously within 10-12 hours according to the doctor’s instructions. Cystine or oral methionine has a protective effect on the liver.
2. When an overdose is taken, no matter adults or children have no symptoms, they should be treated as soon as possible.
Drug Toxicology
This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects.
Pharmacokinetics
1. The product is absorbed rapidly and completely after oral administration, and is evenly distributed in the body after absorption. The plasma concentration reaches the peak value 0.5 to 2 hours after oral administration.
2. The plasma protein binding rate is about 25% to 50%.
3 90%-95% of this product is metabolized in the liver, and the main metabolites are glucuronic acid and sulfuric acid conjugates.
4. It is mainly excreted from the kidney in the form of binding with glucuronic acid, and about 3% is excreted in the urine in its original form within 24 hours.
5. Its plasma half-life is 1 to 3 hours. The half-life of renal insufficiency is not affected, but the half-life of patients with liver insufficiency, newborns and the elderly has been prolonged, while the half-life of children has been shortened.
6. Can be secreted through breast milk.
