Drug categories: anti-heat analgesics and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics

Indications: for fever and mild, moderate pain. Character: this product is a white crystalline or crystalline powder. Pharmacological toxicology: this product is aspirin and lysine compound salt, can inhibit epoxygenase, reduce the synthesis of prostaglandins, with anti-heat, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect.

Pharmacokinetics: after intravenous lysine injection, the effect is fast, the blood concentration is high, about 1.8 times oral, and immediately metabolized as salicylic acid, the concentration of which rises rapidly. After intramuscular injection, the effective blood concentration can be maintained for 36 to 120 minutes.

Usage: intramuscular or intravenous injection with 4 ml of water or 0.9% sodium chloride injection after dissolving. (1) adults: once to 1.8g, 2 times a day. (2) children: 10 to 25 mg/kg per day, divided into 2 doses.

Indications

Used to relieve mild or moderate pain, to suppress platelet aggregation for a variety of reasons, and to suppress platelet aggregation.

Clinical Applications

Muscle injection or static injection: 0.9 to 1.8g/time, 2 times/day. Children from 10 to 25 mg/kg per day. Oral 0.45 to 0.9g at a time, 2 to 3 times a day.

Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are associated with blood concentration, and the higher the concentration of blood drugs, the more obvious the adverse reactions.

1. Gastrointestinal reactions: common stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. Visible peptic ulcers are applied in long-term or high doses.

2. Effects on liver and kidney function: long-term application of this product can appear transaminase elevation, liver cell necrosis and kidney damage, timely drug discontinuation can be restored.

3. Salicylic acid reaction: the performance of headache, dizziness, tinnitus, audio-visual decline, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, severe mental disorders, breathing acceleration, acid-base balance disorders and bleeding, and even shock.

4. Allergic reactions: a small number of patients after medication rash, urticaria, asthma, vascular neuroedema or mucosal congestion and other allergic reactions. Asthma is more common, after taking the drug a few minutes to produce breathing difficulties, wheezing, specifically known as "aspirin asthma", serious people can be life-threatening.

5.Children under 12 years of age can develop ris syndrome, characterized by the beginning of short-term fever and other similar acute infection symptoms, convulsions, frequent vomiting, intracranial pressure increase and coma. Although rare, this condition is life-threatening.

Precautions

Long-term or high-dose use can cause gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, may have allergic reactions, mostly susceptible people, rapidly after taking the drug breathing difficulties, serious cases can lead to death, called aspirin asthma. Overdose poisoning, mildly manifested as salicylic acid reaction, severe may appear blood urine, convulsions, hallucinations, severe mental disorders, breathing difficulties and so on.

Drug Use Taboos

Active ulcer disease or other causes of gastrointestinal bleeding, haemophilia or platelet reduction, aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are banned.
